Hello team, here are the group workout details until the next camp:
Tuesday (14): Z1 & Z4 ski striding. Meet at Cougar Creek parking lot at 9:00am. We will be done at 11am. It would be great to have 1-2 T2 parents to help out.
Thursday (16): Strength in BWTC. We will start with a warm up, then some sprints and finally the strength in the gym (bring different shoes for the indoor session). LC & T2: meet at 9am. TC & TW meet at 10:15am.
Tuesday (21): Uphill Rski TT. Meet at team room at 9:00am for sharpening of tips and warm up. Bring vest. Can I get 1 or 2 T2 parents to help out please.
Thursday (23): Double Poling test, meet team room 9:00am. Same equipment as last time, ideally skate skis for older athletes.
