    Congratulations on another great year of school! I hope you’re all getting excited about summer adventures and re-connecting with your team mates for a session a week over summer. :mrgreen:

    As a general rule it would be great to see you all pushing yourselves out of your comfort zone at least once a week. You will also be given some strength homework to do over the summer so make sure you touch base with me to get this!

    Tuesday 5th – No session
    Take a rest for the first week. Have fun with your family or buddies, get out on your bike, running, hiking, swimming do some things you really love!!

    Monday 11th 8:15 – 10am: Meet at BWTC
    Classic rollerski. You will need your own helmet, poles and boots,you can use Club rollerskis if you don’t have your own. No helmet, no workout! Coach Matt will be in charge of this workout as I will be at the Haig.

    Tuesday 19th 9:45 – 11:45: Meet at the Team Room
    Run and outdoor strength. Today we will take advantage of the stairs near the power station while they’re still there! We will mix it up running and strength focusing on correct squating and lunging techniques and working those legs :mrgreen: As we are the only program running a session today can you please email me to let me know if you are/are not attending the workout so I know who to expect!! Thanks 😛

    Tuesday 26th 9:45- 11:45: Meet at Team Room
    Run and strength – indoors. You will need a water belt plus a change of shoes for the gym. This will be a great opportunity to get a feel for how a strength routine is organised and get some technique pointers. Please check in with Coach Matt when you arrive.
