    Hello Biathletes,

    Reminders from Matt:
    As you all know from living in the mountains, the weather is quite unpredictable and you need to come to training with the appropriate clothing. It is up to you as an LC athlete to have sufficient clothing for the variable mountain weather.

    Our Canada Day fun run is just around the corner. The register by June 23 to get the early bird registration. 10km for all LCs. https://zone4.ca/reg.asp?id=11941

    Training this week:

    Monday(13) 4:30-6:00 Running Combo

    Tuesday(14) 4:30-6:00 15 minute running threshold test. Meet at the LGMS track. We use this test to find your lactate threshold, so you need to wear your heart-rate monitor. LC2s will be having their lactates tested, but if you do not have your HRM, we will not test your lactate.

    Thursday (16) 4:30-6:00 Jog and strength. Meet at the teamroom.

    Saturday (18) Wind-up – No Shooting Practice.
