Here is the week –

Thursday Jun 27 – we will be riding bikes today – we will meet at quarry lake and ride from there on mountain bikes. 6-730pm. pick up at quarry lake parking lot.

dont forget to register for the canada day run – registration is on zone 4.

also – please note that we will be switching to our summer training schedule for next week

tuesdays – 900-1100
thursdays – 1000-200
