    Hello LCs,

    As we saw last week, the annual June monsoon is upon us. So it is important for you to be prepared for poor weather at all sessions. Bring your rain jacket and athletic base layers (not a cotton t-shirt) so that when you get wet you will not get as cold.

    It was great for all of you that came out to Heidi’s little garage sale last Tuesday. See her note below:

    Just wanted to say ‘thank you’ for your generous donations at the ‘garage sale’ this week. The money will be put to good use (I swear I won’t spend it all on Swiss chocolate….)!

    Training for this week:
    Tuesday(2): 4:45-6:15 Run/hike. Meet at the Grassi Lakes parking lot.

    Wednesday(3): 4:45-6:15 Agility, run, and strength. Meet at the teamroom.
