    Hello T2s,

     

    Thank you everyone for the feedback for Summer training and the June T2 Weekend.  More info coming soon.

     

    Training this week:

    Thursday (10) Running @ LGMS Track

    5:00-6:30 Meet at the LGMS Track

    We will work on running technique and some speed tonight on the track.  This is to get you dialed in for next week’s STUR!  See you on the track.
