After this weekend’s turbulent ups and downs, we’re back for regular scheduled programming! Here’s the plan for this Thursday:
Thursday (15) @LGMS Track
5:00-6:30. Meet outside the entrance to the LGMS Track. We will warm up with a small run to the river, talk warmup and running technique with a workout on the track, finishing with a game in the field + a trail run cooldown.
