Hello Team, here’s the plan for this week:
Tuesday:
AM: Z1 ski striding. Sulphur Mountain. Meet at cemetery parking lot at 8:45am.
PM: Z1 run or bike (as per your training plan) with sprints and strength in gym. 4:30-6:30pm.
Thursday:
PM: DP test on rollerski track. 4:30-6:30pm. Meet team room. Arrive a bit earlier if you need your poles sharpened.
Saturday:
AM: 9:00-11:00am. Z1-3 running. Meet at Riverside Park. Running on river trails. Look at your training plan ahead of time. John Groeneveld + helper will take lap times. All the coaches are away this weekend.
