Hey Team:
Here is how the week will shape up…
Tuesday (all groups): Classic rollerski combo with some Z3 and ski strength
Wednesday (TW): Combo and drills
Thursday (TC/T2): Warm-up combo and strength
Saturday: Distance Classic rollerski up Norquay. Meet 9:00am at the Sheriton. I will need some parents to help drive/shuttle athletes down the hill a couple times (They will go up more then once). If you can help please e-mail me. We will be working on diagonal stride.
Sunday (all groups): Fartlek run (Z3 work). Meet at lady McDonald parking lot (Cougar Creek) at 9:30am.
