Solid work last week with a STUR and nice long ride. Consistency is really good for building your training base, so keep up the routine of getting out about 6 days a week.
3,000M run with Foothills and Bragg Creek will be June 26 at the Nakoda Elementary School Track. Arrive at 6pm. This is a great training opportunity and chance to push yourself with some other local athletes.
Early bird for the Canada Day run ends June 20, but still open til June 30. This is a great chance for a fun race to kick off the summer. We recommend doing the 5k or 10k (whichever you feel you can push your self the best in). 4:45-6:15 Classic Rollerski focusing on Double Pole. We will change it up and hit the newly paved path in town! Meet at the Boat Launch by the bridge.

4:45-6:15 Range, bring skate roller skis.

9:00-10:30 Shooting Test. No roller skiing today just wear runners.
