Getting near the end of school! Then you have 2 months to be full time athletes 😀
Tuesday (21): Strength in gym. Bring indoor and outdoor shoes! Maybe a pencil to record you reps/weight too 4:30-6:15pm
Wednesday (22): Shooting, 4:30-6:00pm. Precision and rifle fit continued. We’ll work on breathing too. We will even shoot with eyes closed 😯
Thursday (23): Z1-4 running workout on the track, running technique with Alain. 4:30-6:00pm, meeting at LGMS track.
Saturday (25): Z1 Rd bike to Banff and around. Meet at Harvie Heights parking lot at 9:30am, back at 12:00pm.
I will be away Thursday and Saturday at a bike race in Whitehorse, Alain will be running those sessions.
