Getting near the end of school! Hang in there….
Tuesday (21): Strength in gym. Bring indoor and outdoor shoe, a pencil to record you reps/weight too, 4:30-6:15pm
Thursday (23): Z1-3-4 running workout on the Lawrence Grassi track, running technique. 4:30-6:00pm.
Saturday (25): Z1 Rd bike to Banff and around Minnewanka. Meet at Harvie Heights parking lot at 9:30am, back at 12:00pm. Roddy is away for this session. I need a couple of parents to help me out (ride with a group of athletes, nothing complicated). Can you email me if you are available. Thanks.
