    Hello Biathletes,

Please remember to register for summer shooting blocks: http://doodle.com/poll/5xrpsahcdgeafcy9

Great work in the 15 minute Threshold run last week. You can check your distance here: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/ … sp=sharing
We coaches are working on your zones and will email them to you this week.

Summer is just around the corner and we are kicking it off with a bang with the Kaslo camp followed by the Haig. You all should have received the trip document from Alain last week, but as a reminder:
-Sort out your ride to/from Kaslo
    -Find a tenting buddy/group.
Talk to your teammates and get these items lined up sooner than later. Also, be sure to change your pole tips to roller ski tips if you only have 1 pair of poles.

Be sure to register for the Canada Day Run- 10km for LCs. https://zone4.ca/reg.asp?id=11941&lan=1&cartlevel=1

Also, registration is now open for the 2016/2017 season. Register before July 1 before fees increase. https://zone4.ca/regc.asp?id=12649&lan=1&cartlevel=1
