    The next 2 weeks are modified schedules due to the cancelled STUR and the Canada Day Run.

    For this week, it means an extra workout on Saturday afternoon (25th) for the primos. See below.

    The next STUR is on Tuesday (28th).

    Canada Day Run. Athletes need to sign up on zone4 HERE and parents to volunteer! If you are attending the ADT camp, no need to do the CDR. Volunteer sign up sheet HERE

    Monday, June 20:
    TTS – Development

    Strength in the gym with Chelsea

    445-500. Bike up to the BWTC. Arrive at the bwtc desk at 500 (bring clean shoes please). You will be done with the session at 615 and can then bike back home.

    Tuesday, June 21:
    Primo 

    Strength at the bwtc & classic rollerskiing

    U18’s: Arrive 445 and meet at the bwtc desk and you will start with the gym (bring clean shoes for the gym). We will go for a RS-CL at 545. You will be done at 645.

    U16’s: Arrive 445 and meet outside the bwtc for RS-CL. You will switch to the gym at 545 (bring clean indoor shoes). You will be done at 645.

    Wednesday, June 22:
    Multi, Primo

    3000m run on the track. A chance to run fast! We will use the rubber track at the Nakoda Elementary school in Morley. It’s a 35min drive from Canmore.

    Arrive at the track 515-530pm. Plan your personal warm up prior to arriving – you are in charge! Mass start at 600pm. You will be done at 645pm

    Club Wind-up tonight.

    Saturday, June 25:
    Primo 

    Strength at the bwtc

    U16: Bike to the bwtc for 15min (145-200pm). Arrive at the bwtc desk at 200 (bring clean shoes please). You will be done with the session at 300 and can then bike back home.

    U18: Bike to the bwtc for 15min (245-300pm). Arrive at the bwtc desk at 300 (bring clean shoes please). You will be done with the session at 400 and can then bike back home.
