Here’s the plan for this week:
Tuesday (23):
4:30-6:30pm. Uphill TT. Meet in team room for instructions and sharpen poles at 4:30pm, the test will start at 5:15pm. BRING YOUR VEST
The camp starts on Saturday morning. Follow your personal training plan for the remainder of the week. I will send you more details about the camp training after I see you on Tuesday.
Take it generally easy this week. I will be away for my big bike race from this Friday to July 5th (it’s a long race!); I want to make sure everything is good for you before I leave.
