The final week of spring training is here. So that means summer is just around the corner.
During the first week of summer is the Canada Day Run. As many of you have not raced for a while, this is a fun chance for you to get out and push yourself in a race setting again. As a T2, you are on the edge between the two distances. It is up to you if you would like to race the 3km or the 8km. The 8km is a rather long race at your age, but if you are patient and pace yourself, it can be a lot of fun. Remember, early bird registration ends at 11:59PM on June 23.
