    Hello T2s,

Great work last week!  That was a fun bunch of training with you all. If your legs are a bit sore, I’d recommend spending some time rolling the stiff muscles with a foam roller to help them recover. Here is a good short clip on how to roll your quads (typically sore after the first big hike of the year) https://youtu.be/Ukk_LNN_uPc

Summer Training will kick off July 6th.  It will be every Tuesday from 4:00-5:30.  Sorry for the back and forth, but in the end this time will work best for athletes to attend due to other activities.

    Training this week:

Thursday (24) Skate Rollerski @ CNC

    5:00-6:30 Meet at the teamroom.

We will get those rollerski legs back under us.  Hopefully you all have purchased rollerskis or are in the process of getting them.  If they haven’t arrived yet, it will be possible to borrow a club pair for tonight’s session.  Bring your drink belt, helmet, gloves, boots, poles just like always.  You should change your baskets to rollerski tips (available at trail sports) as the winter basket tips will break with repeated use on the pavement.  Just for your skate poles as we will only have about 1 day on classic rollerskis in the fall.
