Hello U16/U18s,
We have reached the last week of Spring training. That means Canada Day (and the Canada Day Run) is coming up. This is a great event to challenge yourself with a 5km or 10km running race, and the kick off for the Kaslo camp.

We will be heading to Kaslo July 2-8 so (as usual) there will be no team training this week as we are at camp.

4:45-6:15 Classic Rollerski with speed. Meet in front of the BWTC.

5:00-6:00 Females Strength with Chelsea
6:00-7:00 Males Strength with Chelsea

Canada Day Run!
Warm up on your own to be ready for a 9am start. Coaches will be on site to talk & debrief after your race. You might even see some coaches out racing with you!
