The solstice is behind us and Summer is here! That means Canada Day (and the Canada Day Run) is coming up. This is a great event to challenge yourself with a 5km or 10km running race, and the kick off for the Kaslo camp.

Scatt sessions today; sign up at this link. Please try to sign up at the same time as a teammate–it helps to run these sessions in pairs. Meeting place by the rollerski treadmill room (bottom floor BiCan/Nordiq Canada offices).

Canada Day Run!
Warm up on your own to be ready for a 9am start. Coaches will be on site to talk & debrief after your race. You might even see some coaches out racing with you! No, not Stu.
A lot of things are out of my control, and that’s all the other athletes. I can be the best I can ever be, and if there’s someone better, they’ll win the race. I’m aware of that.
