Hello Team. Here’s the plan for this week
1) Please register for the Canada Day run by the deadline on Wednesday. The 8km is a good test and a great workout.
2) I will open up some more individual meeting spots for next week. Stay tuned for those by the end of this week.
Tuesday (28): Strength in gym. Bring indoor and outdoor shoes. (4:30-6:15)
Thursday (30): Classic rollerskiing. Team room. 10:00am-11:30am.
Pick up your race package today from 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Ultimate Fit Centre Running Store
Friday (1): Canada Day run. We will meet at 8:15am for a group warm-up.
