    That was a great week for endurance training. Great job!

    Housekeeping for this week:
    * Please update your Training Peaks regularly
    * It would be great if you could get your blood test results by June 10th

    Tuesday (4): Strength in the gym. Two separate sessions because of limited space.
    4:45-6:00 LC/LC+ athletes born ’02 ’03 ’04. Inside the whole time. Meet at the BWTC.
    5:45-7:00 LC/LC+ athletes born ’05. Inside the whole time. Meet at the BWTC.

    Wednesday (5): 4:45-6:15 TT/LC/LC+. Track workout. Think about your best 3000m or 1500m time and tell the coach you are working with that day. make sure your heart rate monitor is charged up and ready to go! Meet at the LGMS track.
