Hello Team,
Your final month of school has arrived. Just a few more exams and summer will be here. Give that added stress of school the credit it needs, so if you need to reduce training to balance your energy, chat with your coach. That said, a 30 minute jog can do wonders for your study habitats and help you feel better after a long day at school, so don’t shy away from still getting out making your heart pump 6 days a week.

“You can possess all the talent in the world, but it doesn’t matter if you don’t care. Caring drives everything. Not every day will be great, but underneath it all, at the foundation of excellence, you’ll always find care. It’s what allows you to give something your all, to stay on the path through ups and downs.” Brad Stulberg
