Welcome to summer! Great week coming up for us.
Monday (June 30)- 9:00-12:30 Old Goat Glacier Trail Head. We are getting the June CNSC ski day in right at the end of the month. We will meet at the Old Goat Glacier Trail Head. From Canmore, drive up Spray Lakes Road, and turn Right at Spray Lakes driving across the dam. From the start of the campground drive 1.25 km South East to the trail head. It will be on the right. Alain and I will be there, so you can look for us. It is about a 4km hike up to the snow (we will not be skiing on the actual glacier), so wear running shoes and bring a backpack for your rock skate skis, poles, boots, food, and water.
Tuesday (July 1)- 8:15-9:45 Canada Day Run. Meet at the Start/Finish line of the race at 8:15am with bib on and ready to start the warm up. We will warm up as a group as in previous years. You can pick up your bib Friday at from noon to 6:00pm at Rusticana Grocery or July 1 from 7:30 am to 8:30 am at Centennial Park.
