Monday June 4 – swim in the evening 8-9pm – attend this one if you cant make it on tuesdays at 3pm. otherwise this is a day off.
Tues June 5 – 3-430pm – swim at the rec centre followed by a run and core
Wed Jun 6 – 430-600pm –INDOOR SESSION TODAY CIRCUITS< BIKES< STAIRS
meet at BWTC
Thursday June 7 – 45 minutes of an activity of your choice – keep it low intensity
Friday June 8 – Sunday June 10 – weekends at this time of year are important for some fun outings that keep you moving – think about hiking with your family; going for a bike ride, or going for a run – about an hour a couple of times over the weekend or a three hike would do it one time plus some other activity
