Camp week!
Monday (6): Do Wednesdays training? (see Wednesday below)
Tuesday (7): Z1-2 Rd bike on legacy trail (to Banff). Meet Harvie Heights parking lot. 4:30-6:15pm. Bike to this workout so you get some training extra time.
Wednesday (8):
4:15-5:15pm: Bear awareness talk
Precision shooting: 5:15-6:45pm
* Train on own afterwards or since it’s late maybe do Wednesdays training on Monday?
Thursday (9): Swimming session. 6:30-7:30pm. Do 30min bike or run before swimming.
Friday (10): Z1 run @5:00pm from campground. This involves leaving town around 12:30pm (It’s about a 3.5-4hr drive). Will send out directions by email.
Saturday & Sunday: Refer to camp schedule from email. I’ll be sending another email about the camp soon.
