    Heads up for the next few weeks:

    June 15: We will do our first STUR (Silver Tip Uphill Running test) of the year. More details on the forum next week.

    June 22: We will do a 3000 meter running time trial on the track. We will use the track at the Nakoda Elementary School in Morley. You will need to arrive by 530pm (you will be done by 700pm)

    July 1: It’s the Canada Day Run that our club organizes. Athletes need to sign up on zone4 HERE and parents to volunteer! Volunteer sign up sheet HERE

    July 3-9: Kaslo camp: More details will be passed on in a couple of weeks; for now you need to organize your own transportation to get there and back. Leaving Canmore on July 3rd at 8am, pick up in Kaslo on July 9th at noon.

    July 12-19: Haig glacier camp for the following athletes: Male born 2003 and older, female born 2005 and older

    July 19-26: Haig glacier camp for the following athletes: Male 2004-05-06-07, female 2006-07

    Monday, June 6:
    TTS – Development Only

    445-730 Strength in the gym with Chelsea + Run Combo  (Bring a snack!)

     

    445-500. Bike up to the BWTC. Arrive at the bwtc desk at 500 (bring clean shoes please). You will be done with the session at 615, then come to the range for shooting run combo. We will be done by 7:30.

    Tuesday, June 7:
    Primo (keep in mind that TTS-Dev are always included in primo workouts)

    Strength at the bwtc & skate rollerskiing

    U18’s: Arrive 445 and meet at the bwtc desk and you will start in the gym (bring clean shoes for the gym). You will switch to skate rollerskiing 545-645.

    U16’s: Arrive 445 and meet outside the bwtc. We will start with skate rollerskiing and switch to the gym 545-645 (bring clean indoor shoes).

    Wednesday, June 8:
    Multi, Primo (keep in mind that TTS-Dev are always included in primo workouts)

    Track workout at LGMS. Bring a hrm/watch. See XC Forum for details.

    Thursday, June 9:
    Multi, Primo (keep in mind that TTS-Dev are always included in primo workouts)

    4:45-6:15 Biathlon Run Combo

    Saturday, June 11:
    Multi, Primo (keep in mind that TTS-Dev are always included in primo workouts)

    9:00-12:00

    First half will be static shooting – precision 600 test.

    Second half will be Skate Roller Ski technique.

    Third will be a delicious nutritious treat.
