    Hopefully everyone was able to get out and do a solid weekend of volume. This will help build your aerobic capacity for the longer races but also help with your recovery for shorter events.

    Here’s the plan for this week:

    Thursday (12): 4:30-6:00pm at the LG track. We will work on running technique and do some speed work.
