Hopefully everyone was able to get out and do a solid weekend of volume. This will help build your aerobic capacity for the longer races but also help with your recovery for shorter events.

Here’s the plan for this week:
Tuesday (10): Matt injured himself and is not able to bike ride this week. We ask you to leave your house at 5:00pm on your bike and meet at the bwtc gym at 6:10pm for strength until 6:45pm. Ride your bike home after.
Thursday (12): 4:30-6:00pm at the LG track. We will work on running technique and do some intensity/speed work.
