Saturday- June 27
9am- Meet at the Peaks of Grassi (As far east as you can drive- Highline Trail) for some ski striding- bring poles.
3pm- Everyone to Meet at Team Room (CNC)
Biathletes: Be prepared for a shooting session
X-C: Bring your Mountain Bike, helmet, water
Sunday – June 28
9:15am-Meet at the Bow Valley Provincial Park Visitor Center Parking Lot… to go Roller Skiing (Skate). Bring vests!
PM- On your Own (follow training program)
Monday – June 29
9:00am- Everyone meet at the bottom of Mt. Norquay (Juniper Lodge). The workout to is to Classic roller ski (DP).
4:00pm- Biathletes; Meet at the Team Room ready to shoot.
4:00pm- X-C; Meet at the Cougar Creek Parking Lot for a run
Tuesday- June 30
9:00am- Meet at the bottom of Mt Norquay (same as Monday). Classic Roller ski time trial. Bring a lunch and a change of cloths (bathing suit?). We will finish off at Cascade Ponds.
Wednesday- July 1
Canada Day Run!!! Register on Zone 4 by 11pm June 29, 2009 (Monday!!!)
TT’s Meet at the small swings near the bathroom building at Centennial Park at 8:30am sharp! We will be warming up together from there. Race
Package Pick-up:
June 30, 2009 from 1:30 to 6:30 at Ultimate Fit Centre Running Store
July 1, 2009 from 7:30 to 8:30 at Centennial Park

10:30 awards and draw prizes
