Great job T2-T3-LC-PC’s with the training camp this weekend. It’s was perfectly normal to be tired today, great job with your technique and putting in some great work.
You will find the TT results attached. See what you can learn with your pacing, your warm up, your mental state, etc… Don’t only look a the final time.
Rest up the next few days.
