Hi Gang:

Is it not amazing that it will be February soon, that means there are about EIGHT weeks left in the season. I really enjoyed the trip to Edmonton this weekend. This was our first road trip of the year so we learned a lot and have a lot to learn.
It will be a busy week, leading up to our trip to Camrose on Friday. Please ensure you are registered on Zone 4, and have bought a banquet ticket. I hear there is Karaoke. So this week shapes up like this:

Tuesday – LC’s – 4:30 – 6:30 (Kirsten until 6:00 as she is helping with the Polar Bears, don’t worry the rest of you will get your turn.)

Wednesday – T3’s – 6:00 – 7:30 – I am going to have you model breathing for the T1’s and T2’s –

Thursday -LC’s/T3’s – 5:30 – 6:40 then a brief team meeting to discuss Camrose (Yes, Mitch and Kirsten, 5:30)

Friday: Mid morning departure for Camrose – John will lead a practice and race prep in Camrose during Official Training.

Sat/Sun – RACE DAYS – WAHOO
