Hey:
It was nice to get back into the swing of things and have three solid practices last week. Great turnout on Sunday, let’s hope the weather holds for a bit longer. Having said that, please make sure you bring extra clothing to practice. When the sun goes behind EEOR it cools off very quickly.
This week:
Tuesday, September 18 – 4:15 for set up and warm up. Practice 4:30 – 6:30
Thursday, September 20 – 4:15 for set up and warm up. Practice 4:30 – 5:50, strength at 5:50
Friday, Saturday, Sunday – Nipika Camp – Should be fun.
This week Geret and I would like to do a precision test and work on maintaining focus when under pressure.
