LC’s This Weekend – Nov 3-4

    Hello Team –

    Here’s the plan for this weekend:

    Saturday (3): After you are finished with biathlon practice, get on FT and warm up for the skate TT. We will do a 6km skate time trial this morning. We will start the TT around 10:30am for 3 laps, individual starts. The workout will end at 11:30am.

    Sunday: It would be great to go for a longer classic ski at Lake Louise. Car pool and ski for 2.5 hours in Z1. Check the conditions on http://www.skierbob.ca on Saturday evening.
