Hello Team,
Only one more team training session before leaving for Nationals. I hope you are all taking wonderful care of yourselves and getting those energy stores through the roof! Nationals bound athletes, please check in with Matt at the end of Tuesday’s session to pick up your “shoe box” of gear/wax to put in your duffel bag.
For those not attending Nationals, Jodi will be running practice during the next 2 weeks. It is important to continue attending team training sessions and on your own training to keep your fitness up for Shark Fest (AB Cup 4/5). Also, this will give you a better starting position next spring for your training.
Tuesday (11): 4:45-6:00 Skating intensity.
Wednesday (12): 5:15-6:45 Skate zone 1.
Tuesday (18): 4:45-6:45 Classic and Strength. Remember your gym clothes and indoor shoes.
Wednesday (19): 5:15-6:45 Skate surprise workout.
