Stefan, I will have you follow a similar plan as you are racing on March 18th and did the LL loppet this past weekend.
It’s important that you get plenty of sleep these next 2 weeks. Also, organize your homework so that you are not overwhelmed the week before we leave.
Please take and record your morning heart rate these next 2 weeks.
Tuesday (6): 1630-1745 (including meeting). Z1 classic with speed. We will have a team meeting at the end, bring on your questions!
Wednesday (7): 1630-1745: Z1 skate with speed.
Thursday (8): 1630-1800. Skate time trial + Z1. 5 & 7.5km races.
Friday (9) to Sunday (11): No team training. Check TP
