Hello U14s!
Welcome to your first day of summer training. Tonight you will get to know our newest addition to the coaching team, Mark Naylor. Training tonight:
Thrusday(11) @ Lyon’s Park
5:00-6:30 We will meet by the tennis courts then go for a run around town with a little strength mixed in while we run. Don’t forget your drink belt so you can stay hydrated wile we train.
