Great job at the Vernon camp. Lots of good technical work and great fun! Write down the technical aspects that you worked on somewhere (on iLog for LC2’s), so you can review them later.
This week’s training plan was emailed to you by Matt and myself. It’s an easy recovery week.
LC2- please note: You must fill in iLog regularly this year in order to get a personalized training plan. Please set your start of the year day (look under options) to May 5 and start filling it in with lots of comments.
For this week:
Tuesday (13): LC1/LC2, 5:00-6:45. We will do an easy run followed by strength training. Meet at Riverside park. We will run up to the bwtc to do strength then come back down and finish at the same place. Bring a drink belt (all) and heart rate monitor (a must for LC2’s).
Thursday (15): LC1/LC2, 4:30-6:00pm. Meet at the Travel Alberta on Bow Valley Trail for a bike ride on the Legacy Trail. Road bike or mountain bike, all is good. LC2’s, please ride your bike there and back if you live within 15min of Travel Alberta so you can complete 2 hours that evening.
