Congrats to all of the T2’s who raced in the Salty Dog this weekend – some great efforts and performances.
This spring we are working towards a club triathlon on Sat June 16. To help us get ready we are doing some swimming, biking, and running over the spring.
Here is this week’s plan
Mon May 14 – 8-9pm – swim at pool for those who cant make it on tuesdays
Tues May 15 – 3-5pm – be ready to swim right after school and we’ll do some other activity after swimming – bring your running shoes
Wed May 16 – meet Kathy and I at Lions Park at 430pm – we’ll do some running and some core and be all done by 6pm.
Thursday May 17 to Sunday May 20 – try to get out for 45-60 minutes per day for some activity of your choice – mtn biking, running, swimming, etc.
