Hello U16/U18,
After a light week, you should be back to regular energy after our Vernon camp. Typical spring coming at you with a primary focus on endurance (Z2), strength, and some Sub Threshold Intensity. Continue to enjoy all those other sports/activities, but be sure you have checked in with your coach so we know why you are missing training.

Tuesday (16)
TTSD/Primo
Gym and physical training.
4:45-5:45 Girls in gym first, followed by indoor balance and agility. Ending at 6:45.
5:45-6:45 Boys in gym second. Balance and agility from 4:45-5:45.
Wednesday (17)
TTSD/Primo/Multi
4:45–5:45 Super smokey today (as you can see). Indoor aerobics and agility in the Canmore Nordic Centre Day Lodge. Bring a water bottle & indoor shoes. We will be channeling your inner 1980s aerobic instructor, so feel free to bust out some bright neon and tank tops.

No outdoor activity- Straight into gym at your scheduled time.
5:00-6:00 Girls in the gym
6:00-7:00 Boys in the gym
Your foundation of base training you create in the spring and summer is what will help you achieve your goals in the winter.
