    Great job at the camp. I feel like all did fantastic improvement with technique and fitness is coming along too. This was our “start-up” camp for may. Now doing just 1.5hrs of training should feel like peanuts! Rest well this week to digest that training.

    We will switch over to Training Peaks this week. Look at it to find out the suggested daily training. I will have a quick chat with Stefan, Matt B, and Zack to line that up. Still continue to chaeck the forum for specific details on the group workouts.

    Here’s the plan for this week:

    Tuesday (17): Z1 run and stretch 4:30-5:30pm. Meet at Harvie Heights parking lot (half way to HH)

    Thursday (19): Swimming 6:30-7:30pm

    Friday (20): Optional swim 8:00-9:00pm

    *Long weekend no sessions, train on own (check TP).
