Hello LCs,
We will do a Primo/ Supremo Zoom Strength session on Wednesday, May 19 from 5:00PM-6:00PM. Check your training peaks for the meeting ID, password and warm up details. We will be doing the same routine we have done at Riverside Park. All you need for equipment is your short physio loop band and long thera band.
Set up your strength area and computer before your warm up so you can roll right in, log on, and get pumped up.
