Another good week of training. Great work team!
Here’s the plan for team sessions this week. Note that there’s a Saturday morning workout for LC’s. This is to help build endurance qualities by being activity continuously for 2 hours.
Tuesday (23): T2/LC/LC+. Running intensity on the track. Meet at LGMS, 4:45-6:15pm. Heart rate monitor needed tonight.
Wednesday (24): LC/LC+. Strength in gym. Meet at top of stairs at bwtc, 4:45-6:15pm
Saturday (27): LC/LC+. Run/hike. 9:30-11:30am. Meet at Goat Creek Parking Lot to hike Ha Ling and Miner’s Peak. Bring appropriate clothing, rain jacket, 2L of water, and a snack. Ha Ling has less snow than Lady Mac, so we will stay with the original plan. See you in the morning, -Matt
