    Already 4 weeks done in the 2014-15 season – time flies.

    LC2’s: your Training Peaks account is where you will find your training program from now until the end of the ski season. I will update your training plan after I have read your iLog training journal. No iLog, no personalized training plan – please update daily.

    A few items to deal with:

    1) Please go to the CNSC camps spreadsheet and let us know what your spring activities (with days of the week) and summer time away will be – Far right of the spreadsheet.

    2) Please confirm your presence at the club camps so we can confirm bookings. Note that we need some parents to come and have fun in Kaslo with us.

    3) We will have a team meeting (parents, athletes, and coaches) for the LC1 and LC2 programs on June 5 at 6:15pm in the Bill Warren Training Center.

    Training this week:
    Tuesday (27): Ride your mt-bike from home arriving the team room at 5:10pm. We will do strength after our ride and finish at 6:45pm. Bring the usual equipment (water, snack, hr monitor, proper clothing) and a bear spray (know how to use it). Refresher video here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TgE9o4xX1WI

    Thursday (29): 4:30-6:00pm Meet at gravel parking lot just before Harvey Heights (where we use to meet for rollerskiing). We will run and do a few sprints. It’s important to bring a bear spray.
