Good job TT2/TT1 at the camp this weekend! Now you have a “Normal” training week before next weeks recovery week.
TTC this is your Hard week….Invermere camp!
Ok, weekly details below..
TT2:
Tuesday: Drills, precision, Skate rollerski combo with sprints
Thursday: 4:30pm meet at BWTC for strength (with me). You will do your strength plans + some core. At 5:30 we will go for a classic rollerski (with T2 XC) and do some technique work.
Saturday: Meet Alain at 2:00pm at the NC teamroom for a skate rollerski technique session.
TTC:
Tuesday: Drills, precision, Skate rollerski combo with sprints
Thursday: Warm-up combo and strength
Fri-sun: Invermere Camp. 8:00am meet at Sheraton.
TW:
Tuesday: Drills, precision, Skate rollerski combo with sprints
Wednesday: Drills, Z3 combo
Friday-Sunday: Invermere Camp. 8:00am meet at Sheraton.

Remember that spring/summer training has a HUGE impact on the winter racing season…So put in those hours, train smart and continue to have fun and be positive with each other. 😀 😀
