    Hello,

    4 weeks of official training completed, and week 5 is going to be a good one! We have a couple extra sessions this week that will have their own separate post, so be sure to read that for our Friday and Saturday bike ride details. We have some small group meetings this week with many athletes, so keep an eye on your email for details about those.

    Remember to update your training peaks regularly. It is much easier to stay on top of it rather than try to enter a workout from 3 weeks ago.

    Training this week:

    Tuesday(28) 2 separate sessions because of space limits in the gym
    4:45-6:00 LC/LC+ athletes born ’02 ’03 ’04 Strength- Inside the whole time. Meet at the BWTC.
    5:45-7:00 LC/LC+ athletes born ’05 Strength Program roll out- inside the whole time. Meet at the BWTC.

    Wednesday(29) 4:45-6:15 TT/LC/LC+ Run on the Highline trail. We will split into separate groups right from the start to be sure everyone is getting the optimal training. Meet at Peaks of Grassi Park. https://goo.gl/maps/5LES1mG3eLNwYsma6

    Friday(31) and Saturday(1)– 2 Road bike rides for LC/LC+/RAD. See separate post for details.
