This week we will continue to work on our running technique and efficiency. Remember, every time you head out for a run or jog is a chance to improve your technique, thus making running even more fun.
Training this week:
Tuesday(29) T2/LC/LC+ 4:45-6:15 Tonight will be our first track workout of the year working on pacing and technique. Meet at the LGMS track.
Wednesday(30) LC/LC+ 4:45-6:15pm Strength in the gym. Meet upstairs at the BWTC.
