4 weeks of training already under your belt for the 2017/2018 season, and week 5 here we come! You all have been putting in some great high quality training to start off the year, Great work and let’s keep it up.

Training this week:
Tuesday(30): 4:30-6:30 T2/LC/LC+ Road bike ride. Meet at travel Alberta. We have added 15 minutes to either end of training tonight to give you a 2 hour session. It would be great to have some parents come along as as well so we can split the groups a little more and have everyone ride the correct pace. Also, if you do not own a road bike, you can pump your mtn bike tires up a bit harder and still come out for a good ride.
Wednesday(31): 5:00-6:15 Ride your bike from home up to the BWTC for Strength. Ride for 30 minutes before meeting at the top of the stairs at the Gym at 5pm.
