Hello Team,
Here is the session plan for the week, check trainingpeaks for other individual training:
Tuesday (31): 4:30-6:00pm. Z1-2 Mtn bike. Meet at Cougar Creek parking lot, will bike G8.
Thursday (2): 6:30-7:30pm. Swim session. Do some Z1 before as per your TP program.
Friday (3): 8:00-9:00pm: Optional swim session
Saturday (4): Z1 run. Meet at Cougar Creek parking lot @10am, pick up at Harvie Heights parking lot @noon. We will need some parent helper to help running with the group that day. Please email Alain or Roddy if you can help. Please bring the necessary safety equipment.
