Great training at the camp. You are building a good foundation of aerobic endurance which is important in an endurance sport! An easier week now (about 6 hours for the week), but still continue training so you don’t loose the gains you made.

U18’s: Arrive 445 and meet at the bwtc desk (bring clean shoes). You will be done at 545.
U16’s: Arrive 545 and meet at the bwtc desk (bring clean shoes). You will be done at 645.
