    Great training at the camp. You are building a good foundation of aerobic endurance which is important in an endurance sport! An easier week now (about 6 hours for the week), but still continue training so you don’t loose the gains you made.

    Please upload your training file to Training Peaks (primos).

    Monday, May 30:
    TTS – Development

    Mobility in the gym with Chelsea

    Arrive at the bwtc desk at 455 (bring clean shoes). You will be done with the session at 615.

    Tuesday, May 31:
    Primo (non TTS-Dev)

    Strength at the bwtc

    U18’s: Arrive 445 and meet at the bwtc desk (bring clean shoes). You will be done at 545.

    U16’s: Arrive 545 and meet at the bwtc desk (bring clean shoes). You will be done at 645.

    Wednesday, June 1:
    Multi, Primo, TTS-Dev

    Track workout at LGMS. 445-615. Bring a watch/hrm to time yourself.
