Tuesday (1):
Primo-Supremo
Intensity. See details below. 445-615pm
*We are using Monday pods today*
Pod 3: Ski Striding – bring SS poles. Arrive at the Grassi lake Parking lot at 445 and do a 15min warm up run. Come back to the parking lot at 5pm. Zone 4 efforts. Done at 615
Pod 4: Arrive at the Quarry Lake beach at 445 and do a 15min warm up run. Come back to the beach at 500 for some zone 4 efforts. Done at 615
Pod 5: Arrive at the LGMS track at 445 and do a 15min warm up run. Come back to the track at 500 for some zone 4 efforts. Done at 615Wednesday (2):
Primo-SupremoStrength at Riverside Park with Matt and Stu. Bring your strength kit.
Pod 1 & 4: Leave your house on your bike at 445 and bike 15min to Riverside park. You will be done with strength at 600 and bike back home after.
Pod 2 & 3: Leave your house on your bike at 545 and bike 15min to Riverside park. You will be done with strength at 700 and bike back home after.
Saturday (5):
Primo-SupremoBike ride from Travel Alberta towards Banff and beyond! Bring an extra tube that fits your wheel size and valve type, a snack, and water.
Pod 5: Leave TA at 845 (arrive 5min early). Bike the Minnewakanka loop. This is about 50km. You should be back at TA around 1115.
Pod 1: Ride your bike from home and arrive Travel Alberta at 900. You will cover 70km. Ride back home.
Pod 2: Ride your bike from home and arrive Travel Alberta at 905. You will cover 70km. Ride back home.
Pod 3: Ride your bike from home and arrive Travel Alberta at 910. You will cover 60km. Ride back home.
Pod 4: Leave TA at 915 (arrive 5min early). Bike the Minnewakanka loop. This is about 50km. You should be back at TA around 1145.“The secret of getting ahead is getting started.”
